Customer Update- A Price Update from 1st April 2026

We would like to inform our valued customers that, with effect from 1st April we regret that we will be implementing an increase to our boarding fees. 

The cost of everything has frustratingly risen over recent years - from cat food and litter, to insurance and legal expenses. We have absorbed these increases for as long as possible, but sadly we are no longer able to continue doing while maintaining the standards we are committed to providing. 

We remain fully committed to delivering the very best possible care for all of boarders and continuing to offer the high standards our customers expect. We are proud to remain among the best facilities in the area, maintaining and exceeding the requirements of our 5-Star rating with our Licensing Authority. 

We also take great pride in being recognised as a leading training facility for education in Animal Care within the local area, helping to support and develop the next generation of animal care professionals. 

All bookings taken prior to 1st April will be honoured at our 2025 prices. 

This decision has not been taken lightly, and we greatly appreciate your understanding. We hope you understand the reasons for this change and truly value your continued support and loyalty.

Our updated price list will be available on the website and we are always happy to answer any questions you may have.
