Welcoming Our New Apprentice

We are very excited to introduce Sophie, our new apprentice, who will be working full time at Broadlands Cattery. Sophie has already settled into the team extremely well and is quickly becoming a familiar and friendly face for our customers. She has a natural way of making owners feel welcome, confident, and reassured while their cats are in our care.

Sophie has shown a genuine commitment to treating every cat though they were her own — with plenty of extra cuddles along the way. Her love for animals has been evident from a young age, and her apprenticeship at Broadlands, alongside her studies in animal care and welfare, is an excellent foundation for her future career.

In addition to her role at the cattery, Sophie will also be assisting with the horses in the stables, bringing with her previous experience gained through horse riding and working in stables while growing up. You may also spot Sophie helping with Broadlands Cattery's social media, where she has already has some exciting ideas planned. Keep an eye out for upcoming posts offering both insights of the cattery and a little Behind-The-Scenes fun.
